Why I Ride:
The Sears National Kids Cancer Ride is my opportunity to help a cause that I truly believe will impact the lives of courageous children. I value the importance of what it means to be a kid. Childhood is a time to play, make friends and learn new things. As a teacher and coach, everyday I have the opportunity to witness children learn, grow and accomplish their goals. However, I am very aware that far too often for many children their opportunity to play, make friends, to learn and love are cut short by cancer. I am blessed to have the good health and fitness to undertake this challenge to support childhood cancer patients. Please join me by making a donation that will help give a kid a childhood. We can make a difference.
